The City Council Closed Session meeting of December 1 9 , 2023 , was called to order by Mayor Craig at 4:02 p.m.

At 4 :0 3 p .m. , M ayor Craig adjourned the meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the above matter . The Closed Session adjourned at 5:06 p .m.
D . RETURN TO OPEN SESSION / DISCLOSURE OF ACTION
At 5:06 p .m. , Mayor Craig reconvened the City C ouncil meeting , and City Attorney L ucchesi disclosed there was no reportable action .
E . ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 5: 06 p .m.
