Target Grand Opening
Target’s ribbon-cutting was held on July 16 with the grand opening on July 21.

2 General Plan Update
Staff completed the review of the General Plan Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) and it was made available for public comment in July. The public comment period ends on September 4. On August 26, the City will host a General Plan Update Open House at City Hall and the General Plan Update is expected to be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a Special Meeting on September 23 in preparation for City Council approval on October 1.
The Regular Planning Commission meeting in July was canceled.
Code Enforcement
Staff sent out a letter of intent to revoke a massage registration certificate for a legal nonconforming spa for illegal activity.
FISCAL IMPACT
There are no financial implications resulting from this recommendation.
