SUBJECT: Comprehensive Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Master Plan Update
RECOMMENDATION
Receive and file the comprehensive project update from the 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Master Plan.
BACKGROUND
The City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Master Plan is a strategic tool for planning purposes. City staff developed the 2022-2027 CIP Master Plan by compiling needs from other planning documents such as the Water Master Plan, the ADA transition plan, Bike and Pedestrian Master Plan, the Safety and Housing Elements, and the Pavement Management Plan. In addition, citywide needs were gathered from City Council, City Commissions, residents, and staff. The current plan was approved by the City Council on June 21, 2022.
Staff will provide a presentation updating the City Council on the progress of the City’s CIP Master Plan.

There are no financial implications resulting from this presentation.
