NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to California Government Code 4217.10-4217.18, notice is hereby given that the Lomita City Council will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in the Council Chambers at Lomita City Hall, 24300 Narbonne Avenue, to determine that the requirements of said code are duly met in the proposed Design-Build HVAC System Upgrade Project.
Further, be advised it is the intent of the City to enter into an agreement for a Turnkey Design Build Construction Contract that will approve the installation of HVAC and other energy conservation measures at the following site: Lomita City Hall, 24300 Narbonne Avenue.
