BACKGROUND
• On October 14, 2024, the Planning Commission denied an application for a determination of similarity and minor conditional use permit for a new laundromat in the Downtown Commercial zone with reduced parking spaces. • Two new Planning Interns started working for the Planning Division the last week of October.
