• Halloween at Lomita Park was on Saturday, October 26th. The event had a big turnout. We had 11 vendors, 3 inflatable games/bounce houses, carnival games, a face painter, a balloon artist, and a costume parade for ages 2-12. Kids came out and received candy, toys, crafts, and prizes. We received positive feedback regarding this year's event. Many stated that the layout was easier to navigate than in years past, and the vendors varied in what they were offering. • The Lomita Railroad Museum staff once again decorated the Red Caboose and transformed it into a spooky Red Caboose for residents to enjoy on Halloween night. Staff dressed up and passed out candy to those who were brave enough to go inside.
