The special meeting of the Lomita City Council was called to order by Mayor Uphoff at 5:35 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 24300 Narbonne Avenue, Lomita, California.

PRESENT: Councilmember: Gazeley, Segawa, Waite, Pro Tem Waronek and Mayor Uphoff
ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Vialpando and Associate City Attorney Martz
