Community and Economic Development Director Fernandez presented the staff report per the agenda material. This item was originally scheduled for a public hearing at the last meeting, but the Council voted to continue the item to a date uncertain due to concerns with certain aspects related to parking; however, an urgency ordinance is required due to some inadvertent omissions in the last Code update related to floor area ratio (FAR) and lot coverage.
