RE: Tripepi Smith Contract Expansion
Mr. Vialpando:
Tripepi Smith has been pleased to continue supporting the City of Lomita’s communications efforts under our existing agreement. In the past year, the scope of work has expanded to include new initiatives such as the City’s 60th anniversary, a citywide communications assessment, updated social media policy, development of a refreshed logo library and style guide and increased photography and videography needs.
As a result of this expanded workload and the City’s evolving communications priorities, the budget allocated for ad hoc communications support under the current agreement has been fully expended. To maintain continuity of service and ensure ongoing support through the end of August, at which point a new and expanded agreement is anticipated to be brought before the City Council for consideration, we respectfully request a budget amendment in the amount of $45,000.
This amendment will allow Tripepi Smith to continue delivering essential communications services without interruption, ensuring the City’s ongoing initiatives are effectively supported while a longterm scope is finalized in the coming months.
We’ve been a proud communications partner to the City since 2016 and we look forward to continuing our work in the Friendly City.
