SUBJECT: Request to Continue to the City Council Meeting on February 17, 2026 - Tentative Parcel Map No. 84865, Site Plan Review No. 1223, Modification No. 2, and Height Variation Permit No. 119
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Staff recommends that the City Council continue the subject item to the February 17, 2026, City County meeting due to improper public hearing noticing. Staff mailed and posted a public hearing notice with an omitted project address. A new public hearing notice with the project address will be mailed and posted in accordance with the public hearing requirements in advance of the new meeting date.
