Billing & Payment Terms:
Upon approval of this proposal, a down payment equal to 65% of the total project cost will be invoiced. This amount covers all hardware, software licensing, shipping & handling, and project management services necessary for planning and coordinating the successful execution of the project. No hardware will be ordered, licenses activated, or project planning initiated until this payment is received.
The remaining 35% balance, covering labor for installation, configuration, testing, and any remaining services, will be invoiced upon project completion.
Completion is defined as the point at which all contracted work has been performed and accepted by the client or their authorized representative.
Hardware Availability Notice:
Due to fluctuations in the supply chain and product availability, some hardware components listed in this quote may be subject to substitution. In such cases, comparable items from equivalent manufacturers or vendors will be provided with matching quality, specifications, and functionality. These substitutions will not affect the proposed solution's integrity, performance, or overall delivery. The solution, as quoted, is guaranteed to meet the intended performance and outcome, even if individual hardware models vary slightly.
Warranty:
All hardware is covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date of quote approval. Warranty terms and coverage are subject to the policies of the individual manufacturers.
Important Notices:
All hardware and software license orders are final upon approval. No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted once an order is placed.
Taxes, shipping, handling, and other applicable fees may apply and will be itemized on the invoice where applicable. This proposal is only valid for 15 days from the issue date. After this period, all pricing, availability, and scope of work may be subject to re-evaluation and adjustment.
Change Orders:
Any modifications to the original scope of work, including additions, removals, or substitutions that affect the total project cost and result in additional charges, will require a formal Change Order. The Change Order will outline the revised scope, pricing, and timeline (if applicable) and must be reviewed and approved by the client in writing before any additional work is performed. No changes will be implemented without the signed client's approval of the Change Order.
