NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, by delivery of this written notice as provided by law, the mayor has called a special meeting of the Lomita City Council.

Members of the public who wish to speak are requested to complete a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the consideration of the item. Speaker cards are available at the entrance to the Council Chamber.
