Regular City Council meetings will be videotaped and available for review on the City’s website by the end of the day on the Thursday following the City Council Meeting. Recommendation: Council approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing a partnership between the City, the Lompoc Valley Community Healthcare Organization (LVCHO), and Lompoc Unified School District (LUSD) for the funding and completion of the Non-Infrastructure portion of City of Lompoc Walkability, Safety And School Investments Project; and authorize the City Manager to execute the MOU.
