Development obligations for $42,700 100% through the General Fund by eliminating the use of the Cost Allocation Plan and direct Staff to reduce service levels from the General Fund by $111,108.
The reduction in service recommendation could be brought back to the Council as part of the proposed budget.
ii. Fund the Chamber contract at $28,990 and the Economic Development obligations for $42,700 from the General Fund budgeted amount only. There would be no reduction in services from this option, since the General Fund budget has the capacity to handle the cost proposed; or
iii. Fund the Chamber contract at $111,500 and the Economic Development obligations $42,700 through the CAP, as used in prior budgets, keeping the General Fund service levels the same; or Give alternative direction.
