Receive and file the application of Match Free, Incorporated, dba Long Beach Vibe, for an original application of an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license, at 3414 East 7th Street; and determine that the application serves the public convenience and necessity. (District 3)
DISCUSSION
It is City Council policy to review applications for ABC licenses to determine if a basis for protest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on February 1, 2022, to respond to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by the February 2, 2022 due date.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this recommendation.
