To whom it may concern,
Please consider allowing non-primary residence short term rentals in Long Beach. During these challenging times of COVID and inflation, short term rentals has allowed my family and I to survive financial hardships. Allowing short term rentals has also helped many small businesses and restaurants during COVID and supplement tourism in the city of Long Beach. There are many hosts that take pride in running their short term rentals and conscientious of their neighbors. Please help support us and the surrounding businesses during these difficult times.
