Dear city council,
I have a couple listings in coastal zone. I manage and host both. Been doing it for over 8 years.
Renters on Airbnb, vrbo, etc, are used to obeying house rules of no parties / noises by now, most “get it “ that we are in residential areas and hosts demand them to be very respectful of our community in 90803.
I support the coastal commissions recommendations to continue Long Beach’s vote to have Airbnb and limit , “based on coastal commissions ruling “the ability of neighbors to petition “to oust us. We are ambassadors for the city of Long Beach, providing inspiring homes to rent, recommendations of businesses to visit ,producing many tax dollars that Long Beach receives. Thank you for your continued support in our partnership .
