Allen, to approve recommendation. The motion carried by the following vote:

2. 22-0264 Recommendation to conduct, receive, and file a Study Session and receive input from Economic Development and Finance Committee Members and members of the public for the implementation of the Long Beach Recovery Act (LBRA) as approved by the City Council on March 16, 2021.
