Last June 2021, I spent my entire retirement savings as down payment to buy a condo at 1500 E Ocean Blvd, Unit 102 because it was uniquely quiet. Noise is disturbing to me.
AB361 would turn the condos around me into units rented every night with the accompanying noise and commotion. I would have to move.
I am also concerned about security issues with so many people moving in and out.
Please do not allow short term rentals in our building.
