To whom it may concern;
Short Term Rentals (STR) are a boon to all small businesses especially restaurants. All guests are vetted as opposed to hotels that do not vet.
They enhance Long Beaches reputation as a wonderful vacation spot and bring in huge amounts of tax dollars.
I think, especially in the beach areas, (Belmont Shore) that STR are one of the best things that has happened to Long beach in a long time.
