Community concerts have become a staple of both spring and summer in Long Beach.
As we have seen countless restrictions applied to community events and gatherings over the past two years, the opportunity to host a community concert in our fantastic Long Beach Parks is an important way for residents to enjoy our city in a positive community focused way. The benefits communit y concerts have by creating an event for families, friends, and neighbors to spend time together, is an important part of community development and building neighborhoods. With these clear City priorities in mind, it is appropriate for the City to support this event.
