Recommendation to authorize the City Manager to execute a one year agreement for legal services with the Law Offices of Michael M. Peters, with the option to renew for two additional one year periods, to represent the City in Civil Service Disciplinary Hearings. (Citywide)
DISCUSSION
The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute a one year agreement for legal services with the Law Offices of Michael M. Peters in an annual amount of $300,000, with the option to renew for two additional one year periods, to continue representation of the City in Civil Service Disciplinary Hearings.
