RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation to authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the firm Keesal, Young & Logan, PC, for legal services in the matter entitled Christopher Stuart, et al. vs City of Long Beach, Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21STCV21452.
DISCUSSION:
The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm Keesal, Young & Logan, PC, for an additional $300,000 for a total not to exceed the amount of $500,000.
SUGGESTED ACTION:
Approve recommendation.
