RECOMMENDATION:

Increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $2200 offset by $2200 of Ninth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a donation to the following:
YMCA of Greater Long Beach, in the amount of $1200,
Kahlo Creative LLC, in the amount of $1000; and,
Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $2200 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
Discussion
Vice Mayor Richardson and would like to provide support for two events:
• "YMCA of Greater Long Beach" is seeking funding for the 2022 Good Friday Breakfast
• "Kahlo Creative LLC" is seeking funding for its "Best of LB" series Fiscal Impact
No Financial Management review was able to be conducted due to the urgency and time sensitivity of this item.
