Subject: Fund Transfer: Divide By 9 Sponsorship
RECOMMENDATION:
Increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $500 offset by $500 of Ninth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a donation to the following:
CityHeART, in the amount of $500; and,
Decrease appropriations in the General Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $500 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
Discussion
Vice Mayor Richardson and would like to provide support for a community event:
• "CityHeART" is seeking funding for its "HeART of the City" awards event Fiscal Impact
No Financial Management review was able to be conducted due to the urgency and time sensitivity of this item.
Suggested Action
Approve recommendation.
