In the area expanding from Cambodia Town, Bluff Park, and Shoreline Village of several Long Beach districts, there is epidemic of amplified music from vehicles 24hours a day. Additionally, popularity has grown of vehicles with no or a modified exhaust system of taking over street intersections, parking lots and racing in Long Beach streets. Shootings, homicides and fireworks continue occurring all year round. Long Beach Police do an amazing job of documenting crime. But how can Long Beach Police use its resources to be preventive any of these stated public nuisances?
