A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LONG BEACH SETTING THE DAYS AND HOURS
OF OPERATION FOR PARKING METER ZONES 1 AND 1A
PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.28.130 OF THE LONG BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE
The City Council of the City of Long Beach resolves as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10.28.130 of the Long Beach Municipal Code, the operating days and hours for Parking Meter Zones 1 and 1A shall be Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays, during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., for a maximum of two (2) hours and at the rate of One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per hour.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City Council, and the City Clerk shall certify to the vote adopting this resolution.
