Hello, I’m a resident of district 5 at 3858 Walnut ave. I cannot attend today’s city council meeting but would like to show my support for the CAAP proposal. Climate change is here and is an emergency and we need to act now to mitigate it. CAAP isn’t perfect but it’s a start.
