5 MAP OF THE CITY OF LONG BEACH AS SAID MAP HAS
6 BEEN ESTABLISHED AND AMENDED BY AMENDING
7 PORTIONS OF PART 14 OF SAID MAP FOR PARK
8 REZONING
9 10 The City Council of the City of Long Beach ordains as follows:
11 12 Section 1. The City Council hereby finds this action is categorically 13 exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and finds that the OF THE CITY ATTORNEY Beach, CA 90802-4664

CHARLES PARKIN, City Attorney proposed change will not categorically affect the character, livability or appropriate 15 development of the surrounding area and that the proposed change is consistent with the 16 OFFICE goals, objectives and provisions of the General Plan, the official Use District Map of the 17 City of Long Beach, as established and amended, is further amended by amending 18 portions of Part 14 to change the zoning district to the following park from its existing 19 zoning district to the Park (P) zoning district:
20 21 Tanaka Park Rezone from Single Family Residential (R- 1-N) to Park (P)

24 Section 2. The portion of Part 14 of said Map that is amended by this 25 ordinance is depicted on Exhibit "A" which map is attached hereto and by this reference 26 made a part of this ordinance and the official Use District Map of the City. 27 Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are 28 hereby repealed.
