Recommendation to authorize the City Attorney to submit Stipulations with Todd Vigus Request for Award for approval by the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Amy R. Webber and if so approved, authority to pay $148,842.50 for Stipulations with Request for Erin Weesner-Mckinicy Theodore B. Zinger
Award with a life pension thereafter of $115.96 subject to COLA increases per week in compliance with the Appeals Board Order for Mark Hansen.
DISCUSSION:
Client Committee on August 16, 2022, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Stipulations with Request for Award by the City and Mark Hansen, based upon a 75 percent disability rating with further provision for a life pension at the rate of $115.96 subject to COLA increases per week after the permanent disability has been paid, with provision for lifetime medical care as may be necessary.
SUGGESTION ACTION:
Approve recommendation.
