carried by the following vote:

2. 22-1117 Recommendation to conduct, receive, and file a Study Session and receive input from Economic Development and Finance Committee Members and members of the public regarding the final draft Blueprint
2.0, the proposed 10-year plan to create equitable economic opportunities for workers, investors, and entrepreneurs in the City of Long Beach through the year 2030.
