Dear City Council,
The appropriation for the communication project is substantial, especially if the allocation is primarily for professional time. (This is from experience as owner of a Chicago public relations firm.) What are the deliverables specified in the contract? Furthermore, the description of Advisor Business Solutions on the firm's website makes the group an odd choice for the work. Was there a competition for the engagement?
