Subject: Cancelling the November 8 Council meeting
RECOMMENDATION:
Suspend Council rule contained in Municipal Code Section 2.03.020 (B) relating to the meeting schedule of the City Council in order to cancel the City Council meeting of November 8, 2022.
DISCUSSION
As the Council has done in prior years, the City Council meeting of November 8 should be cancelled due to Election Day.
FISCAL IMPACT
Potential savings due to decreased staff time and facility use.
SUGGESTED ACTION
Approve recommendation.
