Will you please also ensure that this email/letter gets printed and placed into the paper file for this project? We are requesting that this email/ letter and all communications and other substantial written evidence that we, and others, place in the Public Record, be added to the agenda packet that will be distributed to the Long Beach City Council in the subsequent steps taken on this project. Hello AT&T, Synergy Inc. and any (all) other pertinent AT&T subcontractors, We are preparing for our October 18th 2022 hearing before the Long Beach City Council, regarding an approved AT&T WTF application.
We need to receive critical information for the Wireless Telecommunications Facility (WTF) at 4351 Clark Avenue Long Beach CA 90808, Permit # PWRW48749 application date 11/17/2020:
1. The manufacturer (Gamma Nu?), and model number, of every antenna that is intended to be installed on the WTF
2. Substantial written evidence to prove that the applicant has completed the FCC-required National Environmental Policy (NEPA) review for the WTF*
This information does not exist in the project plans that we have received from the city.
We need to receive this information by Friday, October 7, 2022./ If we do not receive it, we will file a complaint with the FCC.
