Subject: Support for Greenbelt Heights Goblins on the Greenbelt Event RECOMMENDATION:
Increase appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotions Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $375, offset by the Third Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a donation to the Belmont Heights Community Association for their annual Goblins on the Greenbelt event; and,
Decrease appropriations in the Special Advertising and Promotions Fund Group in the Citywide Activities Department by $375 to offset a transfer to the City Manager Department.
INTRODUCTION:
October 29th, 2022 the Greenbelt Heights Community Association will be hosting an event in the Greenbelt Heights Park as a way of activating the public space and creating a positive event to bring the neighborhood together in a fun interactive way.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No Financial Management review was able to be conducted due to the urgency and time sensitivity of this item.
STATEMENT OF URGENCY:
This event is scheduled for October 29, 2022 and funds are sought prior to the date of the event.

Pursuant to Municipal Code Section 2.03.070 [B], the City Councilmembers signing below request that the attached agenda item (due in the City Clerk Department by Friday, 12:00 Noon) be placed on the City Council agenda under New Business via the supplemental agenda.
The agenda title/recommendation for this item reads as follows:
