Increase appropriations in the General Fund Group in the City Manager Department by $500, offset by Sixth Council District One-time District Priority Funds transferred from the Citywide Activities Department to provide a donation to LiBRE to support their Community Night; and,

Discussion
Long Beach Residents Empowered (LiBRE) is a grassroots tenant -led organization committed to advancing justice in disadvantaged communities through the creation and preservation of affordable housing, renter protections, and community economic development. Contribution to LiBRE will go towards supporting their Community Night on November 17, 2022. Community Night is their end- of-the-year fundraising event that includes a soft launch their GIS mapping project.
FISCAL IMPACT
No Financial Management review was able to be conducted due to the urgency and time sensitivity of this item.
STATEMENT OF URGENCY
This urgent item is being submitted through supplemental agenda to allow for timely funds processing.
