RECOMMENDATION:
Receive and file the application of Partake OC 001, LLC, dba Partake OC, for an original application of an Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) License, at 456 Elm Avenue, Unit L1-08. (District 1)
DISCUSSION
t is City Council policy to review applications for ABC licenses to determine if a basis foi rotest against the issuance of the license exists. The attached application lists the possible bases for protest.
TIMING CONSIDERATIONS
City Council action is requested on December 6, 2022, to respond to the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control by the December 7, 2022 due date.

There is no fiscal impact associated with this recommendation.
