DISCUSSION:
Jeffrey Litzinger has made a claim for injuries allegedly sustained in the course of his employment with the City ot Long Beach. The Government and Personnel Attorney- Client Committee on November 15, 2022, approved the submission to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release in the amount of $100,000.00 by the City and Jeffrey Litzinger.
SUGGESTION ACTION:
Approve recommendation.
