Dear Decision Makers,
Are you seriously approving building housing on a former Brown Field, in the Diesel Death Zone, with the only mitigation being an air filter in every unit requiring the inhabitants to keep their doors and windows closed at all times?
You know this is the wrong thing to do. Yet, do it you will. As usual, the serious consequences of this action will not affect a single one of you. You will be either long gone from Long Beach or safely ensconced in your SFH far away from the health and safety concerns of those who will be unfortunate owners and renters of this development.
Vote no and deny.
