AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LONG BEACH AMENDING THE LONG BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 21.37.120
TO AMEND THE TITLE OF PD-31; AND SECTION
21.37.210 TO ADD SP-4 (CENTURY VILLAGES AT
CABRILLO SPECIFIC PLAN) TO THE LIST OF SPECIFIC
PLANS
The City Council of the City of Long Beach ordains as follows:
Section 1. Section 21.37.120 of the Long Beach Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
31. PD-31-California State University Research and Technology Center Planned Development.
Section 2. Section 21.37.210 is amended to add a specific plan as follows:
4. SP-4-Century Villages at Cabrillo.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance by the City Council and cause it to be posted in three (3) conspicuous places in the City of Long Beach, and it shall take effect on the thirty-first (31st) day after it is approved by the Mayor.
