Greetings:
This item has, it seems, $12,365.00 floating around
unaccounted for. How can this discrepancy be
explained? To the point, to increase the contract by
$479,600.00 annually to $2,479,600.00 per year,
how is "an additional six-month period" calculated to
be $1,252,165.00 when half of the annual contract
is actually $1,238,800.00?
There's an unaccounted for $12,365.00 added into
the requested amount of $1,731,765.00 which
deserves an explanation.
Please ask H&HS and the City Manager to account
for this discrepancy.
