2 Davenport Park - Phase 1 Landfill Gas Control System
• Phase 1 of the project is to install landfill
gas control system with a treatment unit.
• The gas treatment system is required to
be in place before Phase 2 construction
begins
• Construction of Phase 1 began on
December 5, 2022 and will complete in
April 2023
3 • Demolition of existing asphalt, concrete, decomposed granite, and fencing.
• New decomposed granite pedestrian walking trail
• Multi-purpose turf field with goal posts
• Bleachers, sports netting, lighting
• Picnic areas and Fitness Stations
• Rock and mortar landscape, new plants and trees

$1,975,680 Land and Water Conservation Grant from State of California Natural Resource Agency
$3,500,000 Fiscal Year 2023-2027 Infrastructure Investment Plan Additional Land and Water Conservancy Grant funding is expected to be awarded for the project in the coming months.
