Discussion
The purpose of this item is to suspend the Council rule contained in Municipal Code Section 2.03.020 (B) relating to the meeting schedule of the City Council in order to cancel the City Council meeting of July 4, 2023, due to the City -recognized federal holiday on July 4 (Independence Day).
