RECOMMENDATION:
Recommendation to authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement with the firm Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, for legal services in the matter entitled Michael Colbert vs City of Long Beach, et al., Los Angeles Superior Court Case No. 21 LBCV00555.
DISCUSSION:
The City Council is requested to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with the firm Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP, for an additional $150,000, for a total not to exceed the amount of $350,000.
SUGGESTED ACTION:
Approve recommendation.
