Tonight is your opportunity to not vote for singling out a private industry which provides incredible tax resources
To Long beach.
Now is an opportunity for LB to take advantage of an opportunity.
A competitive advantage!
Now is your change to encourage travelers and businesses to choose Long Beach to visit rather than LA by selling:
a) Less cost per room
b) Three times a week room service rather than once a week.
UNITE for Long Beach as a standalone powerful city rather than LA’s puppet..
LA benefits from this measure not the LB employees in the long run.
