DISCUSSION:
Sean Pariilahas made a claimforinjuriesallegedlysustained in the course of his employment with the City of Long Beach. The Government Operations and Efficiency Committee on July 18, 2023, approved the submissionto the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board of Compromise and Release in the amount of $250,000.00 by the City and Sean Parlila.

Approve recommendation.
