Johnny Dodson has made a claimfor injuriesallegedlysustained in the course of his employment withthe Cityof Long Beach. The Government Operations and Efficiency Committee on July 18, 2023, approved the submissionto the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board of two Stipulationswith Request forAward by the City and Johnny Dodson,based upon a 1)a 28 percentdisabilityrating,with provisionfor lifetimemedical care as may be necessary,and 2) a 24 percentdisabilityrating,with provisionsfor lifetimemedicalcareas may be necessary.
SUGGESTION ACTION:
Approve recommendation.
