In January 2021, the City's Equal Employment Opportunity Office was notified of an issue of concern to you. Specifically, you alleged you were subjected to a hostile workplace. harassment and retaliation by your immediate supervisorS).
The City Attorneys Office retained the services of Vince Ewing of Alvarez-Glasman & Colvin, an outside consultant, to conduct an impartial fact-finding investigation into your allegations.
Based on the information available, to include witness interviews and review of documents relevant to the complaint Mr. Ewing was unable to substantiate your claims.
