Project Location – 5200 E Eliot St Long Beach, CA 90803 2 • Renovation to reconfigure dormitories, create private sleeping and restrooms spaces, and provide American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant restrooms to meet required gender and accessibility accommodations
• New roof, new windows/infill existing windows
• Accessible path of travel to the building
• New HVAC, smoke alarm system, and fire station alerting system • Plumbing and electrical systems upgraded and refurbished • New gym space
