Re: Withdrawal of Appeal (6615 E. Paci fic Coast Highway – Carmel Partners Project) Dear Mr . Koontz:
On July 28, 2023, Los Cerritos Wetlands Land Trust (“LCWLT”) submi \ed an appeal (“Appeal”) regarding the City of Long Beach Planning Commission’s approval of Site Plan Review SPR22-082, Lot Line Adjustment LLA22-002, Merger LMG22-012, and Local Coastal Development Permit LCDP22-049 for the mixed-use Project proposed at 6615 E. Pacific Coast Highway by the applicant, Carmel Partners.
Since filing the Appeal, LCWLT and Carmel have worked to resolve all concerns related to the Appeal, such that the City’s approval of the Project would result in net benefits to wetland resources.
Accordingly, LCWLT hereby withdraws the Appeal. We would like to thank Carmel Partners for its efforts and commitment to resolving this ma\er .
